Became a realtor in 1990.Completed Certificates of Estate Agent, Certified Residential Specialist CRS (SA), the following year CAPM (SA), Completed Accredited Buyers Representative ABR (SA) 1995.
Attended many seminars each year and visited the National Association of Realtors in USA in 1994 and 1999 - each time gleaning valuable information and training on trends and cutting edge sales technologies. Investing many thousands of Rand in ongoing education each year. Worked in variety of areas with experience in residential properties both freehold, cluster and sectional title. Retirement developments and Factory development are also part of my repertoire. We assist our clients in maximising the return on their properties.
