Cynthia Granger (nee Grindlay) Property Consultant PPRE

I started my career as a draughtsman when working at the Western Area Gold Mines in Gauteng. After approximately 6 years in Gauteng, I relocated back to my hometown, Kimberley.

I initially worked as a draftsman for an Electrical Engineer but felt inspired to start my own business, which led me to enter a competition in the Sunday Tribune to win your own Nail and Beauty Franchise, Hollywood Nail Bar. I was fortunate to win this competition, embraced this opportunity and commenced my journey in the exciting service industry as a successful Owner of a beauty salon for the last 25 years. My position as a Business Owner has exposed me to many facets within the industry in a supervisory, mentorship and trainer role as well as being recognized during my working period in Kimberley as a distinguished guest and judge of many beauty pageants and related events.

Towards the latter part of my career, I took on the role of a Spa
Manager on board numerous cruise liners, travelling to over 26 countries and enhancing my experience in the international sector. The international exposure, the extremely high level of service and the very many memories, have been some of the benefits I've had the privilege of adding to my resume of life.

While my passion lies in the beauty industry, my other passion is working with people and property. I took this interest to a new level in 2011, when I enrolled for the Estate Agents Board Examination and qualified as a Real Estate Agent. Now 4 years later, I believe the time is right for me to further pursue this career and have joined Tyson properties Morningside in August 2015.

I believe my passion for people and my drive to offer a superior service, drawing on all my years of experience and international exposure, to be invaluable assets to this position. I look forward to taking on this new and exciting challenge while doing what I love, People, Property and Service.
