Having been in sales most of my working life - with Lipton (part of the Unilever Group) working in various sections of the sales dept. and finally as a Sales Rep., running a BP Fuel Depot, Sales manager for a horse feed Company (where I also ran the Mill and Logistics) - I finally ended up back in Durban looking for a house to buy and that's when it hit me that Property Sales is where I wanted to be.

I commenced working for Seeff Properties Berea office in 2004, where I was expertly trained, passed the IEAB exam and gained my NQF4 qualification. I joined Tyson Properties Morningside in 2012 and have been extremely happy and motivated working with this professional team who have become like family to me. I regularly take part in ongoing professional training which is supplied by Tyson's as well as industry relevant speakers who have been handpicked by the Estate Agencies Affairs Board.

Over the years I have come to have a very good knowledge of the Glenwood, Berea and Morningside areas in which I operate. A good percentage of my sales and Property Mandates have been a result of past client referrals as well as repeat clients. I believe that communication is key in business and in keeping one's clients happy, thus I keep my clients informed every step of the way until a sale is completed at the Deeds Office. I'm always available to assist my clients and anyone else in answering any property related query they might have.

The longer I am in the Property Industry, whether it is in sales of flats or houses... the more I love what I do ....and this is, combined with my love of interacting with people and the joy of seeing them happy with their purchase and my service, is what I attribute to my success
