No stranger to the fast-paced world of real estate, Bernice Mahoko represents the next generation of real estate professionals, bringing a forward-thinking perspective to Tshenolo Properties.

Bernice is Babsy's daughter, who is a veritable force with the agency and ranked top agent in 2022. One of the founding members of Tshenolo Properties, Bernice has been with the company since its inception, initially serving as an office and rental administrator.

Before joining Tshenolo Properties, she deepened her knowledge of buying and selling procedures whilst working as an agent for Central Developments and brings direct experience in development, design, and residential sales and rentals. Known for her natural ability to connect and converse with new people, Bernice is creative, trustworthy, and innately compassionate.

"Being in real estate is exciting every day," says Bernice. "As an agent, I get to meet so many people from all walks of life - which is an honour in and of itself - plus, I get to help my clients make the most important purchase of their life."

In her free time, Bernice enjoys playing tennis, checking out art galleries, trying out the latest restaurants, dancing and travelling.

Bernice has a BA in Journalism, a BA Honors in Communications and a Diploma in Property Development and Investment.
