Rina has been a property practitioner for approximately 8 years and has been nominated as the best new entrant at the Chas Everett Annual Awards ceremony in Cape Town in 2012, as well as achieving agent of the month on several occasions. She relocated from Johannesburg in 2000 and became involved in the building trade, where she has overseen building projects (houses in Atlantic Beach Golf Estate, Melkbosstrand, Parklands, Club Mykonos, Langebaan and Paarl.) In the building industry she worked extensively with building inspectors, architects, lawyers, sub-contractors, banks and buyers, which gave her great background knowledge about real estate.
