As the newly appointed Co-Director and Partner alongside the remarkable and multi-talented Nini Schlechter, Founder of The Property Café®, I am thrilled to infuse my passion and expertise into our shared vision. Together, we are dedicated to fostering a community-centric approach to Property Sales and Rentals across key areas including the Atlantic Seaboard, Western Seaboard, City Bowl, Hout Bay, and the West Coast of Cape Town.
Established in 2003, Property Café® is not just a company; it's a trusted cornerstone deeply rooted in the fabric of the community, serving Melkbosstrand and its surroundings for over two decades with excellence in Residential Letting and Sales.
My journey in the property industry spans over 2 decades, beginning as a Full Status Property Practitioner in 2008. While my professional trajectory led me into the realms of Project Management within the Mining Sector and Construction Industry - an endeavour I cherished - I ultimately gravitated back to the dynamic world of property in 2016, initially in Johannesburg before returning to Cape Town in 2018.
In the past year, I've had the privilege of contributing to a reputable agency in Seapoint, and before that, I played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the Sales Division of a prominent Property Management Company, which eventually became a nationwide success, earning me the title of Sales Team Manager.
