have been selling properties in Plantations Estate from the outset in 2003 not long after Plantations was launched by the developer.
Before that, I was fortunate enough to be a stay-at-home mom with my 3 girls until they completed their schooling.
I have always taken a personal interest in property and jumped at the chance when offered the opportunity at Plantations as a sales agent where I sold properties for the next 15 years. After having a 2-year break in 2018 I joined the Smiths property group in January 2020 just before Covid hit.

I personally have been a resident in Plantations since 2003 to date and it has been a great investment and has offered an amazing lifestyle which I have enjoyed.
I still know a number of the original purchasers and many of my friends have since bought on the estate. For this reason, I believe that I am able to assist prospective purchasers should they wish to buy in Plantations whether to live or as an investment.

I am aware of the layout of the entire estate as well as the rules including the floor plans of all 4 of the sectional title areas. I have also been into a great number of freehold homes over the years which I have either sold to the current owners or assisted with an estimation that is required for purposes other than selling.

Due to the above, I am able to offer advice firsthand as to the suitability for a purchaser to buy in certain sectional title areas in particular, as there are some areas that are pet friendly and others that are not. I also believe the fact that I can vouch for the fact that Plantations offers the best security, is extremely well run and from a convenience point of view has access to many schools in the upper highway, the N3, and M13 which all make our location very desirable.

As an agent, I do take my job seriously and strive to offer both my sellers and purchasers the best service possible. I also believe that after-sales service is important and to go the extra mile to ensure that everything goes smoothly for both parties until transfer and beyond if required.
It gives me the greatest satisfaction of marrying a happy purchaser to a home of their dreams and being able to assist a seller with their objective of selling their home.
