For the past 23 years Mark has been involved in the residential property industry encompassing sales, letting and
investment.

In 2007 he took over the family business, Retirement Places Real Estate, and since then he has facilitated the sales of
hundreds of retirement units for various retirement organisations and villages in the greater Durban area.

Mark is well known for giving his clients honest and expert advice when it comes to purchasing a retirement home and for providing a professional and specialised service to Sellers

His values are honesty, humility, patience and putting people before profit.

Mark is committed to assisting retirement organisations find solutions in complying with the new Property Practitioner's
Act and he is a Director of The Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa KZN Region.
