My mother, Flick du Toit, introduced me to the Real Estate Industry. I wrote my Certificate in Estate Agency (CEA) exam in 1995 and worked as an estate agent in Somerset West from 1995 until 2005. I enjoyed marketing and selling numerous residential and agricultural properties as well as handling our investor's rental portfolios. I organised various campaigns including the annual Estate Agents' function, where we identified local charity organizations to raise funds and 'give back to the community'. I worked at STBB law firm as a Public Relations Officer in their Helderberg and Hermanus branches from 2006 until 2008. I enjoyed liaising with the various estate agents, bond originators and banks, assisting with training on the latest legal developments regarding property transfers and bond registrations. I proudly joined REDZetc. in 2020. I love building relationships and assisting sellers to get their properties ready to sell. I offer free, market related, honest evaluations to find suitable, qualified buyers in the shortest space of time. I am based in Onrus River and specialize in residential sales and holiday rentals.
