Lianda has been in the Real Estate industry since 2018. She was raised in the idyllic Plettenberg Bay and later moved to Cape Town where she gained experience in finance, marketing and project development. She later moved to the quiet farmers village of Villiersdorp, in the Overberg, which was then her main area of operation for approximately nine years. Due to family commitments, she returned to Cape Town and is building her sales and rental portfolio in the Northern Suburbs.
To her, the Real estate business is more than just matching supply and demand. It is about helping others realise their dreams. She appreciates that purchasing and selling a property can be rather overwhelming. It is a very personal activity and therefore is essential to meet and assist each parties' specific needs throughout the entire process.
