Brett has been involved in property development, sales and construction for twenty years. Projects include Tygervalley Waterfront (Cascades 1,2,3, and 4 and Tyger Ridge and Cascades), Clanwilliam Hills, Sundew Villas, Sandy Dunes and the Avenues (Hermanus).

Brett focusses exclusively on a couple of security estates in Stellenbosch with the focus being on De Zalze Winelands Golf Estate where he resides.

In his spare time he is an active golfer and hobby winemaker. Brett does short and long term rentals and property sales.
