Alton hails originally from the city of Port Elizabeth where he started his real estate career in 2000. Being committed to his real estate career he achieved the Top Real Estate Rookie of the Year Award in 2002 from the Institute of Estate Agents in the Eastern Cape Region, after which he practised as Principal of his own real estate company. It was during that time he was also awarded the Service Excellence Award from the Port Elizabeth Business Chamber.

Being out of the industry for about 5 years Alton has never stopped selling and has across industry awards and outstanding achievements such as Top Sales Consultant across 100 Health Clubs in the Virgin Active Health Clubs Stable. Alton has a total of 21 years sales experience of which 15 years are in the real estate industry.

Alton is an extremely experienced estate agent, not just passionate about marketing and selling residential real estate, but also committed to the real estate industry. Having served two terms on the Board of the IEASA South East Region and two terms as Chairperson on the Board of the Northern Areas Property Association, a group of real estate principals in Port Elizabeth. Alton does not just love what he is doing i.e., marketing and selling property, but is a forever student, always looking at ways to further develop and grow his current skills.
