WOW, what an unbelievable start I have just had to 2024!

Last year I had a phenomenal year and sold 17 properties to the value of just over R288 million in Camps Bay. I placed 8th Nationally out of approximately 3415 RE/MAX agents and 3rd in the Western Cape.

I am extremely fortunate and very pleased to inform you that for the first quarter of 2024, I sold 8 properties valued at R 190 650 000. I have just recorded two phenomenal sales in Camps Bay - a beautiful guesthouse for R 51 million and a spectacular family home for R 65 million. I am well on my way to smashing last year's figures.
