Lifestyle Property Group - National

My name is Tumelo Makhubela, I work at Lifestyle Property Group as a Senior Customer Relation Assistant, I deal with clients on a daily basis, cold calling, Admin etc. I once worked as a Child Care Worker at Sabelani Life Skills Project, which was a greatest life challenge I enjoyed because I learned a lot there, as I started there as a volunteer but worked so hard and got a contract with them. I also completed NQF Level 4 and now I’m gaining a lot of knowledge working under Frans van Staden who is Managing Director of Lifestyle Property Group.

Outside of work – I’m a Motivational Speaker, I also love being around people, communication is my number key I use when I’m around people because I believe the more we communicate the more the knowledge. I have being taught to focus on my own glass of water, which is helping me to keep my life on par.

Laughing is my other tool that keeps me going, I don’t like negative energy around me if I fail to change your negative attitude then I find a bin for you ‘if you don’t throw it there then I throw you there” because staying positive to us it’s a LIFESTYLE
