As a Lifelong friend of MD Frans van Staden, our friendship started in Grade 1 in 1977, our lives ran a similar course, but very different. We finished school together and I also did complete my military training 1989-1990. I joined the private sector and immediately settled in the finance side of the company. After 2 years backpacking through the Isreal, Egypt and Europe in 1994 and 1995 my journey in Real Estate Started in 1996 with the late Tim Morby and Morb7 Estates in Mondeor.
When my friend Frans decided to open his first real estate company, Amazing Properties, in 2004 I was one of the first to join him. I followed Frans through the years in all his endeavours including Seeff and I was there when Lifestyle was launched in 2021.
In 2025 I was tasked by Frans to expand the brand in the East Rand and look forwards to establish Lifestyle Property Group in Benoni, Boksburg and all surrounding areas. The potential in the East Rand is so huge and a brand like Lifestyle while suit the knowledgeable buyers and sellers to a tee.
With nearly 30 years’ experience in the Property Industry and a very strong financial background I am looking forward to this new chapter in my life, and in that of Lifestyle Property Group. I look forward to make the Benoni Office a strong, self-sustaining and hugely profitable office for The Lifestyle Property Group. My aim is to make Lifestyle the No 1 choice for all your property needs in the East Rand, to become the Real Estate Company of choice, and to become the employer of choice for experienced, motivated and driven Property Professionals.
