Charmaine Venter was born and raised in Alberton and she matriculated from Marais Viljoen High School in 1990.

She resided in various areas of Alberton over time, including Randhart, Brackenhurst, Brackendowns and Meyersdal, giving her an in-depth knowledge of the areas.

Her previous career fields include Admin, Finance, Recruitment and Office Management, but it is her passion for people and property which made her enter the field of Real Estate where she utilises skills previously acquired. Integrity, attention to detail, being a good listener and caring about people is amongst the things contributing to her successes in life.
