Paul Izzard boasts over 20 years' experience in the property industry. In 1998, Paul joined Index Commercial and Industrial KZN where he became a shareholder and was instrumental in the establishment of their property administration division. He also played a major role in managing the sales team and expanding the business. Having been a part of the growth of KZN's property industry, Paul's active involvement has extended to board membership of various property associations, including The Institute of Estate Agents and the Developers Forum Sub Committee. Today Paul's focus is on creating and sourcing new opportunities in commercial and industrial property where Index can invest and develop.
