Michelle Coskey's property experience began 30 years ago when she worked in the Pietermaritzburg deed office registration department. Soon after that, she entered the banking world where she went on to specialise in property finance and headed up the Property Registration Division. Later career moves included the position of credit manager and then property consultant before becoming a property broker.

Michelle has been with Index since March 2010 and specialises in rentals and sales. Michelle has obtained a Diploma in Banking and Property Finance and completed the CCPP Course (Programme for the Commercial Property Practitioner) through University of Pretoria and obtained her NQF Level 5 and completed the PDE
