Karen Coetzee. From running her own company, known as “Q Properties”, and managing thirty complexes, Karen has also completed her NQF Level 5 and has diplomas in Financial Management, Credit Management and Accounting.

As an extension to her resume, Karen went on to complete the Sectional Title Management course through UCT. In 2014, Karen decided to join Index Property Solutions and has relocated from her Queensburgh offices to our team in Morningside.

Karen’s portfolio has grown extensively over the last few years and she has twenty-two years of experience in the property industry.
