Past Work Experience- My very first encounter with the working environment came when I did my internship with TFG (The Foschini Group). As a result, I was with the company for 5 months. Then I went on to broaden my knowledge by venturing into IT, cyber security. The company I worked for at the time was called GSOC. All my expertise and skillset I attained for the 2 years I have been employed at the company raised my awareness and knowledge about safety measures within Information Technology.
Why a career in Real Estate? The epiphany that came with my decision to embark on a Real Estate escapade merely came from having a desire to own assets. I strongly believe that at the end of the day, there will always be a need for someone to have a roof over their head. In a nutshell, the high degree of wanting to own a property is a basic need which means, there will always be a demand for people to have an urge to purchase a home for themselves and their family - across all demographics. Having a construction company also had an impact on me wanting to know more about real estate. The whole process of seeing a project commence from the rudiment stages to the end result gives me great gratitude. In all honesty, I just felt like why not try to be part of selling the house after my contribution in the refurbishing or building of the masterpiece, as opposed to having the property be placed on the market by someone else. I might as well finish off what I started; get rightful owners or tenants into the property.
Why you believe you a good Agent? Through my experience within the retail Buying industry, I had the opportunity to handle various personas and characters, which enabled me to spark natural social etiquette. By engaging in different individuals on a daily basis created qualities and mannerisms in me that can make my client feel at ease in any given situation. I'm a strong believer of energy within the human body - if an individual's mind-set and body is in the right frequency, everything will go accordingly. There are people that want to buy their first homes, but don't necessarily know the steps to make their dream a reality. My aim is to be able to bridge the gap between helping my clients make a rational decision when buying or selling their property. Also by being part of the world's best Real Estate Agency (Century 21), the opportunities for growth is vast.
