Past Work Experience- My work experience includes owning and running my own business for the last 10 years, sphere of business was Event Management and responsibilities included all aspects of the business from client invoicing, proposals, post event meetings and reports. Venue contract negotiations on behalf of clients which included SAB, FNB and SA Bank note Company. Onsite action plans for staff and suppliers.
I also have experience in Retail Operations for retail groups such as C.N.A and Office Mart. Other work experience includes Management in IT Distribution for Siltek Distribution Dynamics going all the way back to the 1990's.
Why a career in Real Estate? My career in the real estate industry came about through a set of circumstances beyond my control. I had to find a way to make a living and support my family and Real Estate seemed the obvious choice. Real Estate was always an industry I was interested in and believed I could make a successful career in. This industry is service driven and success comes with hard work which is what I offer all my clients. It is not a nine to five job and with my experience as a business owner which requires commitment 24/7 suited me perfectly.
My expertise is Real estate, I dedicate my to focus on Property Sales in Bromhof and Boskruin, I have become quite the area specialist by keeping up-to-date of all sales listings, property trends and developments!
