I am a multi-skilled estate agent with good all-round marketing skills and a solid background in property sales and
rentals. Very capable with the ability, drive and determination needed to succeed in winning business and creating
opportunity. I have extensive knowledge of collecting information about a property, estimating its value and promoting it
either for sale or rental. I am an excellent communicator who can relate well with people at all levels and have the
flexibility of working well as part of a team or individually.
Using local knowledge when marketing properties to potential buyers and then negotiating with them on behalf of the
seller. Making sure all properties meet legal, health and safety requirements, such as electrical compliance certificates. It
is my goal to be the expert in my area.
DUTIES
Preparing professional looking sales brochures and promotional information, marketing plan to attract the
maximum number of qualified buyers in the shortest possible time after doing a comprehensive listing of your
property
Generating appointments for viewings from existing database of prequalified buyers
Negotiating with potential sellers and buyers
Following up on all business leads
Liaising with attorneys, banks and surveyors
Regular feedback to sellers
Comparing a property to others in the area the estimating its value
Pointing out a property’s best features to buyers and answering questions during viewings
Writing of agreement contracts
Negotiating the highest possible price for your property in the shortest period of time
