For shared areas, there are four lounge areas with full entertainment, including tv screens and DSTV ready to watch your favourite shows. Kitchens are communal and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances.
We also offer communal bathrooms for ladies and men, which are kept neat and clean daily. With showers, baths and toilets available for your use, you can get ready for the day with ease.
For your convenience, our laundry facilities provide an opportunity for you to keep your clothing and linens clean; with washing machines and drying racks available, all your laundering needs can be taken care of in no time.

The base rent is R3 000.00. We charge 15% of that amount for utilities like water, sewerage, refuse, etc. The total monthly rent is R3 450.00, with a deposit of the same amount.
