In the market, is this Olive farm of 107,7 ha consisting of four title deeds.
There are two economic units, of which one may be purchased separately – see Prop 24 listing number 114638146.

Infrastructure consists of the following:
- Main house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, study, enclosed stoep with braai area, as well as a flatlet being rented out. Flatlet consist of one bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom.
- Three-bedroom, one bathroom house situated on another title deed. House is in the process of being renovated.
- Farm is fenced on the outer boundaries, and inner camps. Fences are in a good condition, with some inner camps newly made.
- Two 25 KVA Eskom power points, distributed to houses, Press and cold room, and pump houses at dams.
- Two earth dams for storage of water turn water from Floriskraal dam and Grootriver. Storage volume of 11 700 cubic meters and 2250 cubic meters. Irrigation pipelines from main dam to the rest of the farm, with drip irrigation for the olive trees. These dams serve the one economic unit

Water:
- Water turns from Floriskraal dam, and managed by farmers as per agreement between them. Water turns are twice per annum, and depending on availability will be between 5 and 7,5 inches. Breederivier Irrigation Board will decide on date and volume. With Floriskraal dam overflowing, there will be enough water for the next 3 to 4 years to fill storage dams and use excess for flood irrigation. There are two major trenches used for this purpose.
- Flood water (rain water) from Grootriver managed by farmers as per agreement.
- 1 X Borehole equipped with electrical pump, mostly for household use. Volume and depth unknown. 1 x borehole with solar pump. 5 x boreholes not in use, volume unknown.
- Water tanks for storage and harvesting rainwater.

Farming activities:
- 5000 Olive trees (19.63 ha) with different varieties of Mission, Frantoio and Corantina trees, with few Calamata. These trees have received a lot of attention in the past three years, and are pruned to ensure full production for the coming season.
- Olive oil press with a capacity of 80 to 100 kg per hour.
- 7 ha of scales land ready for the planting of more olive trees, alternatively pomegranates, vines, or other fruit trees.
- 2,7 ha of lucerne under flood irrigation
- 6.9 ha under barley and oats.
- About 10 ha of grazing on the riverfront
- There are free ranging ducks used to keep pests under control, and to potentially slaughtered for their meat. Also, free ranging chickens kept in an old caravan in orchards.
- Few sheep and cattle for personal use.

This farm will be income generating, and still have lots of potential for expansion. It is sold as a combined economic unit.
