The covered patio has electrically operated roller shutter security. There are five of them but it seems that only two are working. To open we had to use the manual crank handle on one of them. The patio looks like it was divided into two separate areas with an aluminium and glass divider.

The site is situated on Seven Oaks Lane and has two access gates, one for entry and one for exit.
Bothgates are automated and there is a wooden Guard Hut at the exit gate. The entry gate also has a videointercom system.
