The farm is more than 10 kilometers from the nearest town and the main roads.
This livestock farm with good quality natural grazing is divided in four camps.
All the camps have access to drinking water.
Water is supplied with a borehole equipped with a windpump and a cement dam. Furthermore, there is a spruit running through two of the camps. Another borehole on the farm is not yet equipped with any pumps.
There is one medium-potential arable land of 35 hectares that is suitable for the production of maize or soybeans.
There is no Eskom power supply on this farm, but the Eskom lines go over the farm.
The carrying capacity of the natural grazing is 4 hectare per Large Stock Unit (LSU).
The average annual rainfall is 700 - 750 mm per annum.
An old livestock handling facility can be upgraded with most of the material that is available on the farm.
