This livestock farm is located in the high potential area of the Eastern Free State.
The farm has good potential but needs work for optimal utilization.
There is an old 4 sleeper homestead on the farm.
Currently the farm is one camp with the Tierpoort-spruit running through it.
Water is also supplied by a borehole equipped with a solar pump.
The farm is suitable for farming with goats, sheep and cattle.
The average rainfall is 650mm per annum and the carrying capasity is 4 LSU per hectare.
On the farm is a sheep kraal for feeding approximately 200 heads of sheep. Also included is a livestock handling facility.
An old house is utilized as a store and paddock for goats.
